Syma RC Helicopter S107 Features And Functionalities
On the side of the rc planes there is an on-off switch and the charging socket. You charge it the usual way by plugging it into the controller but you can also use the supplied USB cable and plug into a PC. This will light up when the helicopter is fully charged. By charging it this way you will save the power on the controller which makes sense.
The controller itself has three primary parts, the two control sticks and a central knob. The control stick to the left is what controls acceleration of the propeller, so if you move the stick upwards the helicopter will fly upwards. If you move the left control stick downwards the helicopter will hover downwards. The right control stick will move the helicopter forwards, backwards, left or right. A clever feature on the controller is the centre knob which can be used to tweak subtle turning tendencies so if the rc electric plane seems to be flying more to the left you can turn this knob to the right to compensate. The controller takes 6 AA batteries which will soon get used if you use it to charge the helicopter.
When you take the helicopter on its first flight, if you have experience flying these toys you will find that the Syma RC Helicopter S107 flies very well and easily. You will find that the controls are precise, so if you crash it, it can only be the mistake of the person in charge of the handheld controller. If you are new to flying these toys you should start with the basics. Start by learning hover the copter a feet in the air at one time. Once you have managed to control the copter from being stationary to being 5 feet above the ground and landing safely you can then more on to other movements. I would create a couple of landing pads and then practice take off and landing from these two pads. A few thick books will do the trick. Once you have mastered that you are ready for full flight. The more advanced user can go that extra step and create an assault course to navigate the copper through.
